The Authority may revoke the registration granted under Section 5, on receipt of a complaint or suo motu or on the recommendation of the competent Authority.
- The registration granted to the promoter shall be revoked when the promoter makes default in doing or violates or involved in doing any kind of unfair practice or irregularities.
